Release notes
-
Managing the contract after award, and PPN 026 by default
- Supplier relationship management. A supplier profile now carries the commitments made in the winning bid, alongside scorecards, periodic review sessions and a risk radar, so what was promised at tender stays visible for the life of the contract.
- Concerns and corrective actions, each raised against the commitment it came from rather than kept in a separate log.
- A benefit and value realisation tracker, so the savings a contract was justified on are recorded against that contract instead of in somebody's spreadsheet.
- A due diligence workspace, a relationship feedback view for buyer teams, and procurement stages on every contract.
- You choose the social value model when you set up a contract. PPN 026 is now the default on new work, and PPN 002 stays selectable until 31 December 2026 for procurements already running under it, marked as retiring so nobody picks it by accident. The Cabinet Office has not yet published the PPN 026 sub criteria, which are expected in autumn 2026, so CrowMark does not score against them and will not pretend to.
- Sign in, sign up, password reset and multi-factor pages rebuilt to the approved design.
- Sessions now expire, with a seven day time box and a 24 hour inactivity limit on every account.
-
Review gates, version history and a briefing for the tender pack
- Configurable review gates, with bid or no bid as gate zero, so a decision not to bid is recorded in the same place as a decision to go ahead.
- Answer history, diff and restore in the editor, plus track changes on the writing surface.
- A tender briefing that reads the pack, so a long invitation to tender can be understood before anybody starts writing.
- Pre-tender visibility: prior information notices, and framework or dynamic purchasing system expiry dates.
- Published award notices now feed the opportunity view, so past awards sit beside the tenders you are looking at.
- Buyer authored measure frameworks, a social value proxy calculator, and local indicators drawn from published sources.
- Salesforce and HubSpot inbound sync, and a read and write MCP server for teams who want CrowMark inside their own tooling.
- Document generation across eight surfaces, including the ISO 27001 pack rendered to branded Word documents.
-
Release 2.6: whole tender packs in, one editor, six stages
- Upload the whole tender pack. ZIP archives are expanded into their child documents, and PowerPoint, Excel and CSV files are read as structured content rather than flattened to text.
- Email intake, so a tender pack can be forwarded straight into CrowMark.
- A six stage bid lifecycle replaced the old wizard, with tender first entry and a single answer editor in place of the two that came before it.
- The bid or no bid decision and the criteria behind it are persisted rather than lost once the bid starts.
- CPV codes on opportunities, and bill of quantities spreadsheets read row by row rather than sheet by sheet.
- Biometric sign in. Windows Hello and Touch ID can stand in for a typed authentication code, and one passkey covers both the app and the portal. Credentials are listed and revoked in settings.
- CrowAgent Core was retired and the portfolio repositioned around CrowMark.
-
MP1: Marketing surface expansion
- New /tools hub aggregating six free tools. All six have since been withdrawn: five in July 2026, and the social value calculator on 4 August 2026. The hub now carries the tender compliance matrix.
- New SEO landing page for the social value calculator, withdrawn 4 August 2026 and redirected to the PPN 026 glossary entry.
- New long-form methodology pages for each free tool, citing source regulation and edge cases.
- Top nav and footer extended with Free Tools surface.
-
Cloudflare Pages migration complete
- crowagent.ai now serves from Cloudflare Pages (project crowagent-website).
- Eliminated cross-repo deployment risk. Improved edge performance for UK users.
